Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell bioethanol fireplaces — tabletop fires, freestanding floor fires, wall-mounted and recessed fireplaces, a fireplace with a surround and a large designer piece, with the stainless burner inserts, pouring jug, flame snuffer and decorative pebbles to go with them. The burner, the flame control and the safety requirements are stated on each listing for indoor domestic use.

Bioethanol flame safety

A bioethanol fire burns a real flame indoors and uses up oxygen, so the room must be ventilated as the manufacturer states — do not use it in a small sealed room or a bedroom while sleeping. Burn only bioethanol fuel made for these fires. Never refill a burner that is lit, warm or recently used — let it cool fully first, as vapour can flash back — and wipe up any spill before lighting. Keep the stated clearance from curtains, furniture and anything flammable, never move or carry a lit fire, keep children and pets away, and extinguish it fully with the damper or snuffer. Keep a suitable extinguisher to hand. CE marked where applicable.
